Philip Osborne has been Secretary of BB Holdings Limited since 1993. He is a Non Executive Director of Carlisle Group Limited. He is a Solicitor and a member of the Law Society of England and Wales. Before joining BB Holdings Limited, Mr Osborne worked as a legal adviser to the London Stock Exchange and The Securities Association in the UK and for the international law firms of Clifford Chance and SJ Berwin & Co. He is country representative for Belize of the International Bar Association.
